SHAG Theory

The SHAG theory (one I just made up) states that nearly all call centre employees are one of the following groups...

  • Sengas (nedettes - female neds)
  • Homosexuals
  • Asians
  • Graduates (who end up drifting or simply can't find "proper" work due to no experience)

At a rough estimate I would say that 85% of call centre employees fall into one of these categories.
